We describe our items carefully & provide close-up images so that you can be very confident about the condition of the items you are puchasing. However, in the unlikely case that you are unhappy with any purchase, please return your item to us within 10 days of dispatch & as long as the item is returned in the same condition that it was sent, then we will refund the purchase cost of the item (excluding P&P).
