Sandie Shaw John Lennon Beatles OZ Letter 1971

Beatles interest - an original letter to John Lennon & Yoko Ono written by Sandie Shaw offering support for the Fund established to fight the 1971 OZ Trial (the letter acknowledging John & Mick Jagger’s efforts to help the OZ Editors in their Court case). The letter has subsequently been addressed & forwarded to the OZ Committee & bears a post-mark (10/8/71) from John Lennon’s home address Tittenhurst Park. There is hand-writing (possibly by Lennon ?) to both the front & the back of the envelope (close-up images available on request).
