AC/DC reading Festival Poster 1976

Double-sided Reading Festival 1976 poster (16"x 23") with interesting AC/DC content.

Although headlined by the likes of Gong, Rory Gallagher & Black Oak Arkansas, it is perhaps more noteworthy to note future mega-stars AC/DC way down the bill in a minor supporting slot on the Sunday. Though they were yet to properly breakthrough at this stage, their live act/visual appeal had clearly been noticed by the artist who composed this poster: note the depiction of "schoolboy" Angus Young bottom right. Other interesting acts included Eddie & The Hot Rods & Phil Manzanera with Eno.

This poster originally came as part of the official programme for the event. A good early original piece of AC/DC concert memorabilia.
