Anti Nowhere Chelsea Friars Gig Poster 1982

Original Anti-Nowhere League silkscreen concert poster (20"x 30") for a gig at Friars, Aylesbury, 8th May 1982.

Providing suport at this gig were Chron Gen, Chelsea (led by Gene October) & the Northen Irish punk band The Defects.

For the uninitiated, Friars was a legendary music club in Aylesbury, active 1969-84. Posters/flyers from this venue have a common distinctive design & are very collectable (many more already listed on this website). Poster unfolded & in excellent condition (minor creasing only). A great piece of early 80's Punk Rock memorabilia & a scarce Friars poster too!
