Bob Dylan Albert Hall Poster 2024

Bob Dylan "Rough And Rowdy Ways" Royal Albert Hall poster (16 1/2"x 23 1/2") for gigs 12th-14th Nov 2024.

This Dylan tour ran from 2021 to 2024 & the Albert Hall gigs were the very last to be performed on the tour. Dylan released the LP "Rough And Rowdy Ways" in 2020. The LP cover boasted a photographic image taken in a small London club in 1964 (see image attached) but the tour poster utilised imagery from the sleeve design of the single "False Prophet". This artwork was obviously more powerful, with echoes of "Pulp" magazines & B-movie horror posters. There are suggestions that Dylan himself adapted the artwork, the syringe perhaps having echoes of Covid & the shadow of a hanging man looking a bit like a silhouette of Donald Trump. Irrespective, this poster design is particularly eye-catching & memorable. A fine piece equally for Dylan fans & aficionados of graphic design alike.
