Interesting concert poster (10"x 13") for this University "Varsity Coming Up Dance" at the Dorothy Ballroom, Cambridge, 10th Oct 1967.

Poster with a great period psychedelic design, the performers names all enclosed in the body of an apple, headlined by Denny Laine's Electric String Band & with American psych-rock band Uther Pendragon & Sink Unit as support.

Denny Laine's Electric String Band included a string quartet (expensive to run) but Roy Wood of the Move was much influenced by this when later founding ELO.

Poster with one horizontal fold. A great little piece of British 1960's pysch-music memorabilia.
