Early Genesis Van Dike Concert Flyer 1972

Large Van Dike Club concert flyer (9"x 14 1/4") with gigs Jan-Feb 1972 including an early performance by Genesis.

1972 was something of a "breakthrough" year for Genesis: they had their first European & US Tours & in Oct they enjoyed their first commercial LP release with "Foxtrot" which hit #8 in the UK charts in Oct '72. Other interesting bands appearing in Plymouth at this time included Rory Gallagher, Nazareth, Amon Duul, Groundhogs, Skid Row etc.
