Marquee Genesis Sabbath Slade Gig Flyer 1970

Original double-sided Marquee flyer (6"x 9") for July 1970, with Genesis/Black Sabbath & Slade interest.

The flyer lists Marquee gigs for July 1970, including a very early appearance by Genesis on 12th July '70. This was Genesis's third Marquee gig (appearing in both May & June 1970) but the gig on the 12th July witnessed their first live performance of their just completed LP "Trespass". Other bands on the roster for July 1970 include Slade, Black Sabbath, Status Quo, Taste, Supertramp etc. To the reverse is the normal Marquee header but underneath this the flyer is blank (possibly a printer's proof copy).

Flyer with one vertical fold-line & bottom rim nick but otherwise is in very good order. An excellent early piece of British rock music memorabilia.
