Woodstock Hendrix Who Quad Poster 1970

UK Quad cinema poster for the music documentary "Woodstock" (1970). Remembered as "3 days of peace, music ...and love", the Woodstock festival featured performances by the likes of Jimi Hendrix, The Who and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. This was the event that is often heralded as defining an entire generation. The Quad carries the Arnold Skolnick "dove of peace" artwork that was used on the original festival posters.

Please note, this is the first release Quad. "Woodstock" has been re-released several times since 1970 but the re-release posters feature different designs.

The poster has some minor rim damage & is also missing the top right corner. The poster is priced in accordance with condition. At the time of listing a Quad was offered in a London gallery for £650.
