Madness Stones Adverts Dingwalls Flyer 1979

A large rare early Madness gig flyer (8 1/4"x 11 3/4") for Dingwalls, London, 5th Sept 1979. As an indication of how early this was in the band's career, their debut single "The Prince" had just peaked in the charts at #16 only five days before.

Also of interest on this flyer is the "Boogie Woogie Night" on 23rd Sept featuring Charlie Watts (& Ian Stewart) of the Stones & Alexis Korner, Jack Bruce etc. Other bands on the flyer include The Adverts, The Inmates & The Piranhas.
