Michael Schenker Reading Festival Contract 1982

Fascinating 7-page contract & riders for the Michael Schenker Group ("MSG") to headline the last day of the Reading Rock Festival on 29th Aug 1982.

The band were paid £20,000 plus a share of ticket receipts! The contract stipulates equal billing to that of (rivals) Iron Maiden, who closed the previous night. Also of interest is all the technical information about the staging of the show & the catering rider - in amongst the booze, the only "VERY IMPORTANT" beverage indicated is "6 quarts lime or orange Gatorade" !
