Searching For Sugar Man Quad Poster

UK Quad cinema poster (30"x 40") for the music documentary "Searching For Sugar Man" (2012).

A fabulous film that charted the story of two South African journalists tryng to find out to what happened to a 70's American musician, Rodriquez (aka "Sugar Man"), who was particularly popular in South Africa in the early 1970's (he was virtually unknown in the US/UK markets). The film is excellent (it won the Oscar for "Best Documentary"), the story enlightening & the music is fabulous (superb lyrics!).

Being a documentary, the film was not particularly widely seen, being shown in only 43 cinemas throughout the UK. The print run for this poster would have been small & the poster is consequently already scarce. Poster designed by Andrew Bannister.

Poster double-sided, unfolded with a few very minor creases & slight nick bottom right rim. Overall in excellent condition. (PRsl)
