Gibbons was riding high at the time of this concert having hit #12 in the charts with his single "Tulane" a couple of months before & his album "Caught In The Act" hitting #22 in the LP charts in Oct '77. Gibbons was a mainstay of the Brumbeat music scene, having earlier led both The Ugly's & Balls.
