Trendsetters Christians Crusaders Gig Poster

Original concert poster (20"x 28 1/4") showing the 1964 Christmas programme (24th-26th Dec) at the Town Hall, Torquay, including The Trendsetters & Christian's Crusaders.

The Trendsetters were interesting in containg the Giles brothers (Mike & Pete) who later formed a band with Robert Fripp (Giles, Giles & Fripp) which later morphed into King Crimson (Mike Giles & Fripp being founder members & Pete Giles joining later). Equally interesting was Christian's Crusaders whose revolving door of guitarists included (earlier) Jimmy Page, Albert Lee & Richie Blackmore - none in place at the time of this gig, however.

Poster creased with minor corner damage.
