Yardbirds Over Under Mounted Record 1966

Original The Yardbirds "Over Under Sideways Down" (1966) 7" US vinyl record & picture sleeve, conservation mounted (11"x 14") ready to be framed & displayed. We occasionally mount foreign pressings like this as until the advent of Punk in Britain, most singles releases came in plain record company sleeves. Interestingly although this Yardbirds track was released after Eric Clapton's departure from the band, Epic used an old publicity photo including Clapton to promote the record.

Although originally designed to be played, vintage singles like this also make excellent display pieces (see some examples framed on the wall here). We mounted these records ourselves from our own stock & can guarantee that both the vinyl & sleeves are original. The mounts measure 11"x 14" & ready made frames of this size can be sourced easily so they are inexpensive to frame (we do not provide frames ourselves). In the 2000's we were on the "Show circuit" & these mounted records were one of our best sellers.

Mounted records like this make great presents (Christmas, Birthday etc). Each has been hand assembled using real records. We tried to use records as close to mint as possible (though some older examples may have some signs of use - sleeve with slight creasing). Each item is unique & a genuine "one-off" so once sold, we have no more.

Each mounted record is stored in a sealed acid-free sellophane bag. They will be sent flat-packed between cardboard & wrapped with fragile tape.
