U2 Rare Corbijn Production Photos 1984

Six original Anton Corbijn photos (7"x 10"), specially printed for the production of U2's "Unforgettable Fire" world tour programme. Corbijn (who was often referred to as the "5th member of U2") spent several days photographing U2 at various locations in Ireland, with his shot of the group in front of Moydrum castle gracing the cover of the "Unforgettable Fire" LP. Three of the photos featured here were printed in the concert programme (the one showing Bono is placed alongside the relevant page on the finished programme). Each of the 6 photos carries Corbijn's official sticker to the reverse. In addition, 3 photos have tracing paper overlays, 2 of which have been annotated with further production information (one of these & one of those without overlay, carry additional annotations to the reverse). These photographs are sold with an original "Unforgettable Fire" programme plus written provenance that the photos were produced specifically for the creation of the said tour programme. The photos remain in excellent condition.
