A 24-page East Village Other counter-culture magazine Vol 5 #18 from 1st Apr 1970.

The East Village Other (also known as EVO) was one of the first New York underground magazines, highly irreverent with lots of artwork illustrations, cartoon features etc.

This particular magazine includes a back cover devoted to a benefit drive to raise funds for Timothy Leary's defence.
