Glastonbury Harper Van Morrison Poster 1982

Original 1982 Glastonbury CND Festival commercial poster (12"x 16 7/8").

This distinctive "woodcut style" illustration was by anarchist artist Clifford Harper, the poster printed by Trojan Press. This particular Harper poster is not often seen in the market.

The 1982 Glastobnbury Festival was headlined by the likes of Van Morrison, Jackson Browne, Richie Havens, Aswad, Judie Tzuke, Steel Pulse etc. The official Festival poster for the event also featured U2 tenth on the bill though they never ultimately played.

Poster unfolded with slight creasing & a 1/2" nick to upper right rim.
