Student Disco Poster 1971

An interesting silkscreen poster (15"x 20") for a student "Eruption Disco" dating from 16th Nov 1971.

Though some Colleges/Universities were large enough to regularly book live bands, disco events were still popular in the early 70's & a staple of smaller Colleges/Campuses. The design of this poster is very contemporary, the day-glo, undulating lines & female "nudity" all very much redolent of the psychedelic art forms popular in the late 60's-early 70's.

Poster unfolded with minor paper loss lower left corner, small surface paper loss to upper rim & overall in good condition. A nice memento of youth culture/student life early 70's style!
