Manic Street Preachers Manchester Gig Poster 1992

Relatively early Manic Street Preachers concert poster (30"x 40" approx) for a gig at Manchester University, 11th March 1992.

Although the Manics were gigging from 1985 they only began to chart in 1991 & it was only the month prior to this gig that the Manics achieved any kind of commercial success, a re-release of their single "You Love Us" climbing to #16 at the beginning of Feb '92 & their debut LP "Generation Terrorists" going to #13 in the albums charts later in the same month. The lucky punters at Manchester Uni were catching the Manics at a pivotal moment in their career! an important piece of Manic street Preachers memorabilia.
