Nashville Teens Don Arden Documentation

Collection of 10 original documents (1965-66) relating to The Nashville Teens. Some are written to Don Arden, manager of the band & others are from members of his office.

Subjects include filming schedules, Decca recording bookings, advanced pressings, legal issues, gig bookings etc. There is also one note to band member Ray Phillips, informing him of a PR event at a car showroom where 14 mini-skirted girls will attempt to get into a single Mini car & Phillips is meant to present a cup....the note ends "I'm sure you will enjoy yourselves !"

A collection which provides a fascinating insight into the workings of a typical 1960's British band.
