The photo is by the legendary photographer Bob Leafe & was acquired as lot #46 from the Bonham's sale of "Highlights from The Bob Leafe Photo Archives", 23rd Nov 1994. Bob Leafe has autographed the card mount & original Bonham's auction sticker left in situ.
