TWO Redcaps Beat Gig Contracts 1965

TWO interesting original 1965 gig contracts for The Redcaps.

The Redcaps were a Walsall based Beat group signed to Decca Records. Sessionman Jimmy Page played on their excellent 1963 single "Talkin' Bout You". One contract is for the Corn Exchange Kings Lynn, 29th May '65 & the other for the Mecca Ballroom, Leeds, 16th Sept '65. NB. Both of these contracts are actually on pink paper.

Band members of the Redcaps later played in Chicken Shack, The Idle Race, Savoy Brown & Fleetwood Mac.
