WHO Quadrophenia Earls Court Poster 1996

Original Who "Quadrophenia" concert poster (22"x 31 1/2") from their two gigs at Earl's Court, 6th-7th Dec 1996.

These gigs saw The Who play the rock-opera "Quadrophenia" in its entirety. The Who were supplemented by Zak Starkey & Simon Townshend (Pete's brother). "Special Guests" participating in the Quadrophenia rensdition were PJ Proby & Billy Idol. Prior to Quadrophenia there was a terrific set by the then relatively unknown Stereophonics (their first single "Local Boy..." went to #51 in the UK charts in March 1997). An important gig for the band, giving them an excellent showcase & broadening their demographic appeal too.

Poster unfolded & in excellent condition. A great piece of Who/Quadrophenia memorabilia & with Stereophonics interest too.
