A 24-page East Village Other counter-culture magazine Vol 5 #19 from 7th Apr 1970.

The East Village Other (also known as EVO) was one of the first New York underground magazines, highly irreverent with lots of artwork illustrations, cartoon features etc.

This particular magazine includes some interesting cartoon strips & a back cover devoted to a Californian benefit event in aid of Timothy Leary.
