The East Village Other (also known as EVO) was one of the first New York underground magazines, highly irreverent with lots of artwork illustrations, cartoon features etc.

This particular magazine includes a gig ad including Jimi Hendrix, The Grateful Dead, Blood Sweat & Tears, Ike & Tina Turner etc & an LP ad for The Turtles.
